Answer: Deep Clean is based in Blaine, Minnesota and we cover an approximate 30 mile radius.
Question 2: Are you the cheapest?
Answer: No. But we are very competitive and always provide a fair price.
Question 3: I don’t know how many square feet of carpet I have or how large my facility is and still need an estimate, can you help me?
Answer: Yes. Just give us a call. We will ask you a few simple questions about your needs and get a ballpark estimate for you.

Question 5: What exactly will I be getting if I use your carpet cleaning service?
Answer: When you use Deep Clean you will receive the following on every cleaning.
- Show up on time and in uniform
- Lay down mats to protect your floors
- Confirm with customer work to be done
- Full dry vacuum with Hepa system
- Detail vacuum edges and baseboard
- Spot treat stains and specific problem areas
- Apply pre spray to all of carpet
- Work in pre spray
- Steam clean carpet
- Deploy portable fans to speed drying
- Final hand groom to lift carpets
- Final inspection
Question 6: Do you clean pet, coffee, urine and pop stains?
Answer: Yes. We check spots upon arrival and determine the correct cleaning method to remove it. Many factors can affect the success of stain removal. Things like carpet type, type of spot, how old is the spot and what attempts were made to clean the spot in the past.
Question 7: What system do you use for cleaning carpets?
Answer: We currently use all three major cleaning systems. They include traditional steam cleaning, low moisture cleaning and dry cleaning. Depending on what type of flooring you have will determine what system we will use to clean it. It is nice to know we can use the right system to meet your exact needs.
Question 8: How many jobs do you do every day?
Answer: Deep Clean does one cleaning per day. When you use Deep Clean you are the primary focus of the day, and the owner is present on every job to ensure superior results and your satisfaction.
